Personally, I can believe it. That man had something to say about everything!

Mother would not let us wear them! We had to wear overalls or else trousers that she sewed us with “barndoor” snap fronts. But I do not remember her ever saying she got her idea from Brigham Young.
Ah, Brigham Young. Although he praised the “man without eloquence,” he remains are most emminently quotable prophet, in my opinion.
